What gives 'The Real Keto Fudge' its flavor is the cocoa rouge. Topping 'The Real Keto Fudge' off with some maldon salt also enhances the flavor profile tremendously. The salt brings out the sweetness, mellows out any bitterness, and adds a nice crunch to the fat bomb. Not to mention, it's a great nut-free and dairy-free alternative. Enjoy!

Ingredients
 2 oz cocoa butter (56 g)
 4 tbsp cocoa rouge (20 g)
 ¼ cup extra-virgin coconut oil (60 ml)
 ½ cup tahini
 ¼ cup powdered sweetener (erythritol, stevia, allulose, or xylitol)
 2 ½ g sunflower lecithin (optional)
 Pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt to taste
 Maldon salt as garnish to taste

Directions

In a small sauce pot, combine all ingredients over medium low heat. Be careful how hot the mixture gets. The cocoa rouge can burn easily.

Using a wooden spoon, stir until just melted. Pour mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into silicone mold and place in freezer for 30 minutes.

Garnish with maldon salt and enjoy!
