This Keto Taco Salad is full of flavor and lacks that taco shell we all need to avoid. It's easy to prepare and great for meal prep. It has all the authentic Mexican ingredients with all the flare and flavor.

 6 oz 80/20 grass-fed ground beef
 1 tsp taco seasoning
 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
 2 tbsp pico de gallo
 1 oz black olives, sliced
 1 oz full-fat shredded sharp cheddar
 2 tbsp organic sour cream
 ¼ small hass avocado
 Cilantro, as garnish
 Pink Himalayan sea salt to taste
 Freshly cracked black pepper

In a pan over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Mix in the taco seasoning and set aside.

In a large bowl, layer lettuce, ground beef, cheddar, sour cream, pico de gallo, olives, avocado, and cilantro on top. Finish off with a squeeze of lime juice on top. Enjoy.
