Everyone is looking to spice up their avocados in some way. This delicious 'Spicy Sriracha Stuffed Avocado' is perfect for the big game or as a quick and easy snack to take with you on the go.

Ingredients
 ½ of a large hass avocado, pitted
 4 oz shrimp, chopped
 1 serrano, sliced thin
 1 tbsp everything but the trader Joe's seasoning blend
 2 stalks green onion, sliced thin
 Pink Himalayan salt to taste
 Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Fill a small sauce pot with water and salt it heavily. Place the pot over a medium-high flame and let it come to a boil.

Add your shrimp and simmer them in the hot salty water for 6 to 8 minutes or until completely cooked through. Strain the shrimp and chop them up.

In a small bowl, combine shrimp, scallion (leave some for garnish), sriracha lime aioli, salt pepper, and everything but the trader Joe's bagel seasoning (leave some for garnish) and stir to combine.

Slice an avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a little more avocado from the center to make more room for shrimp mixture and it to the shrimp mix.

Place shrimp mixture in avocado and garnish with scallion, Serrano, and everything but the trader Joe's bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
