My favorite recipe using an air fryer is the 'Keto Pork Parmesan'! Normally, the protein is chicken, but I switched the chicken out for a fattier cut of protein with the pork chop; the other white meat! This 'Keto Pork Parmesan' makes the original look bleak and boring. It will fill you up and satisfy your taste buds in a quick and easy meal to prepare for cheap! Enjoy!

Ingredients
-Italian Breading
 2 oz chicharonnes, pulverized
 ¼ cup shredded Parmesan
 ½ tbsp onion powder
 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
 Pink Himalayan sea salt to taste
 Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
-For the Pork Chop
 4 oz pork chop, hammered
 ¼ cup organic heavy cream
 Pink Himalayan sea salt to taste
 Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
-Toppings
 2 oz fresh mozzarella
 ½ cup marinara
 Basil to taste, sliced
 Flake salt to taste
 Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Directions

Remove your pork and place on a cutting board on a solid surface. Begin hammering the chop, until it is fairly flat, spreading it out with the direction of each hammer strike. To prevent the edges from curling up, snick the edges with the tip of a sharp knife four times. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Make the Italian Breading and in a large bowl pour the heavy cream in and dip the chop in the cream. Then, place in the breading, pushing down and covering completely.

Place in the air fryer at 370 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove and add the marinara and mozzarella. Place bake in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Carefully remove from the air fryer and season with flake slat, pepper and basil as needed. Enjoy!
