Finding a good no-sugar added or low carb jam is near impossible. So the only solution is to make it at home. The 'Keto Blackberry Jam' is fruity and delicious! Feel free to switch the berries up. Just leave everything the same! Enjoy!

Ingredients
 2 lbs fresh blackberries
 1 ½ cups water
 ¾ cup powdered sweetener
 1 lemon, juiced and zested

Wash yuor berries in a colander under cold water. Place all ingredients in large sauce pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to medium. Make sure to stir occasionally to prevent scorching or boil over. Reduce by half for about 45 minutes.

Smash your berries lightly throughout the process. Pour into a heat safe container and allow to cool to room temperature before storing in the refrigerator.
