These Jumbo Baked Eggs are incredibly easy to make. They're perfect for on the go and meal prepping in advance. Under bake these just a bit so when you're ready to eat them you can top them off with your favorite cheese and warm them up in the oven.

 10 whole pasture raised eggs, beaten
 ½ cup heavy cream (optional)
 4 oz full-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
 4 oz kielbasa, sliced
 2 oz breakfast sausage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk eggs and cream in small bowl.

Take your kielbasa and slice it into coins.

In a medium sauté pan over medium-high heat sear your kielbasa coins on each side pouring off any extra oil and reserve. In same sauté pan, render out and sear your sausage chopping with a rubber spatula until smaller uniform sized pieces are obtained. Pour off any extra oil and reserve.

Take your muffin pan and spray each compartment with oil. Pack each one slightly below the top with remaining ingredients and cover with whisked eggs leaving a little room at the top for it to expand.

Place in oven for 20 minutes, let cool to room temp and store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
