This' Deli Wrap Snack' is like a miniature version of our 'Deli Wrap'. It uses clean ingredients and can be made in under 5 minutes giving people a great snack option for on the go or when you don't have a lot of time! Collard greens aren't necessary. They're readily available in Texas, however any super green with a sturdy broad leaf will be great! Enjoy!

Ingredients
 8 uncured dry salami slices
 1 slice full fat mozzarella
 1 leaf of collard greens
 1 tbsp mustard
 1 tbsp mayo
 Freshly cracked black pepper
 Pink Himalayan sea salt

Directions

Place a cutting board down with a wet paper towel underneath.

Using a sharp knife, slice the stem of the leaf across the stem in 3 to 4 spaces to help with rolling.

Lay out the salami and cheese like you’re making a burrito and spread out the mustard and mayo. Season with salt and pepper and roll it up like a burrito. Enjoy!
