Ingredients
- Cinnamon Roll Fat Bomb
 3 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
 1 ½ oz salted grass-fed butter, softened
 1 ½ oz bare almond butter, softened
 1 ½ tbsp powdered sweetener (erythritol, stevia, allulose, or xylitol)
 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- Icing
 2 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
 1 tbsp powdered sweetener (erythritol, stevia, allulose, or xylitol)
- Cloud Bread (Yields 3 Pizzas)
 4 whole pasture raised eggs, seperated
 2 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
 ½ tsp cream of tartar
 2 tbsp powdered sweetener (erythritol, stevia, allulose, or xylitol)
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place parchment paper or silpat on baking sheet and spray with oil. Start preparing the ingredients for the cloud bread (the recipe will yield three 1 cup portions you can store for later).

In a small bowl, microwave full-fat cream cheese for 15 to 20 seconds. Add yolks and seasonings and whisk until combined. There should be no lumps.

In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer, whip egg whites with cream of tartar until super thick. Gently fold your yolk mixture into the whites with a rubber spatula in 1 to 2 additions.

Take a 1 cup measuring cup and scoop the mixture onto parchment paper or silpat smoothing out into uniform circles and desired thickness. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes on the middle rack or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly.

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for the fat bomb and mix thoroughly until you have a marbled effect.

Place the fat bomb mix on top of the cloud bread and smear it up, marbling like mad.

In a small bowl, microwave 2 oz or full-fat cream cheese for 20 seconds. Add 1 tbsp of powdered sweetener (erythritol, stevia, allulose, or xylitol) and stir to combine. Place mixture in a Ziploc bag and cut the tip off slightly. Drizzle the icing mix over the pizza and finish with a dash of cinnamon and keto friendly brown sugar.
