Trying to find a sugar-free 'Blue Cheese Dressing' in the grocery store or even a restaurant can be hard. However, with this dressing not only is it sugar-free, but it uses premium coconut milk to make this incredibly delicious and loaded with healthy fats. You can't even taste the coconut in the dressing and it is an easy find at any grocery store. This can be made in under 5 minutes so you can have dip for days! Enjoy!

Ingredients
 1 cup mayo
 5 fl oz premium coconut milk, solids only at room temp
 3 oz blue cheese, crumbled
 1 tsp garlic powder
 ½ of a fresh lemon, juiced
 ½ tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
 ½ tsp freshly cracked black peppert

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Allow to come to room temperature before using. Enjoy!
