I’m sure there are a lot of individuals who are starting keto while others in their household aren’t. Maybe it’s because you’ve decided you wanted to eat healthier but your spouse isn’t on board to change their diet. Maybe you have kids that you don’t want doing full keto or teenagers who refuse to give up those carb laden foods. It may require a little more planning and willpower on your part but it is totally possible to be the only person doing keto in a household and still be successful.
For those of us that love sushi it can be very disappointing to think it’s no longer an option now that we’ve gone keto but lucky for us that is not the case. There are still options for us sushi lovers.
Whether it’s heading out of town for work or going on a vacation many people fear traveling while on a ketogenic diet will be difficult but I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to be. Sure, it might be more difficult than not having to worry at all about what you put in your mouth but with some knowledge and planning it can be pretty simple.
